Check out Strawhatz- Kimono

You know what, every now and then you just run into something so ridiculously awesome that you just have to immediately share with the world. That is exactly what has happened here for me when I ran into this MV by the Strawhatz. But before I get to it let me ask yall a few questions: Do you like Electronic Music? How about hip hop dancers? The Japanese Culture? Well if you answered yes to all those then boy do I got a surprise for you. Because this MV is one that combines all three! ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

The song is called Kimono and it is bound to tickle your ear drums and massage your eyes. Ok thats a weird way for me to put it. ๐Ÿ˜› Basically I’m trying to say it’s really good. The dancer’s movements are really fluid and they go so well with the music here.  I mean that is a pretty sick beat right? Makes even me wanna grove to it and I’m highly uncoordinated. haha O_O Then you have those traditional outfits which are so cool. Now I have mentioned before that I have a big bias towards traditional clothing of all cultures. However these in particular really pop. I guess that’s mostly down to the overwhelming charisma of the dancers.

The one that most got my attention though was the one in the red Kimono. Her name is Koharu Sugawara. I kept diverting my attention to her. She has the most camera presence and charisma out of the bunch in my opinion. Her piercing eyes and fierce moves did not go unnoticed. In particular that little shoulder brush move she did. It was a total swag move. XD

So what are your thoughts?

p.s. here is an extra video of Koharu Sugawara dancing! She along with this group have a new fan in me. ๐Ÿ™‚
